We offer two types of shipping
options, Express Mail Service (EMS) and FedEx, which our customers can choose
from, during their ordering process. According to our customers’ selection from
any of these two services, our shopping cart will automatically add the shipping
cost to the order. The detailed information on these shipping options is as
follows:
Express Mail Service (EMS)
Parcels sent through EMS generally reach its destination between 7 to 15 working
days anywhere in the world. The cost of this service is US$ 30.00* for a 500
grams parcel (including box) plus US$ 3.00* for every additional 250 grams.
This service is open to all the
countries we serve, but our non-U.S. customers can opt for this service, only if
they wish to pay by wire transfer (bank transfer) or international check. If
non-U.S. customers want to pay by PayPal or Escrow.com, we’ll ship their parcel
only by FedEx.
Online tracking of EMS parcels can be done only in case of parcels sent to the
U.S. To track parcels to the U.S., please visit
http://www.usps.com and then
click on “Track & Confirm”. Enter your Label/Receipt Number provided by us and
click “Go”.
FedEx
FedEx guarantees delivery of parcel within 3 to 4 working days anywhere in the
world. The cost of FedEx is US$ 65.00* for a 500 grams parcel (including box)
plus US$ 7.00* for every additional 500 grams.
This service is open to all
the
countries we serve, but our non-U.S. customers have the choice of only this
service, if they wish to pay by PayPal or Escrow.com. If non-U.S. customers want
to pay by wire transfer (bank transfer) or check/money order, then along-with
FedEx, they have the option of EMS also.
Our U.S. customers can choose FedEx over EMS, if they prefer to have a speedy
delivery of their parcel.
Online tracking of FedEx parcels can be made by entering the tracking number in
the FedEx tracking box present on our website. Or, simply visit
http://www.fedex.com
and enter the tracking number in the “Track Shipments” box.
Please Note: -

Customers are requested to provide their complete postal address before the
final checkout to avoid any delay or failure in the deliver of the parcel.
All the parcels will be delivered only to a valid physical address and not
to the PO Box, FPO or APO addresses, to secure the parcel from the risk of
theft.

Kindly confirm the import duties, customs and taxes applicable on the parcel
in your country from your local customs office. As import policies vary from
country to country, we do not have any control over these charges. Customers
are advised that it is solely their responsibility to keep track of charges
of such nature.

As all our parcels are fully insured, we reserve the right to claim
insurance in case of parcel loss or damage.
