RUTILATED QUARTZ
Quartz with mineral inclusions (mostly needle-like) are known as rutilated quartz which contains inclusions of goethite, gold, pyrite, rutile and tourmaline. These needle-like inclusions can be black, red or brassy yellow and have a metallic luster. This variety of quartz is found in Madagascar, South Africa, Brazil, Sri Lanka, India, Switzerland and Germany.
